My commissions are meant for personal use, but we can discuss commercial use if so desired.Please also read my Terms of Service (linked below) before ordering a commission.PAYPAL ONLY. No alternatives at this time.Prices are set to BASE price. Depending on complexity of the commission, price may increase.

  • hardcore fetish art

  • anything involving hate towards marginalized group/individuals

COMMISSION TYPES

Monochrome Sketches

  • simple backgrounds, sketchy, some rendering, monochrome / limited color

  • Bust: $75

  • Half body: $100

  • Full: $150

  • +$50 per extra character

Flats

  • simple background, minimal rendering (mostly hair/face), lineart

  • Bust: $125

  • Half body: $150

  • Full: $175

  • +$75 per extra character

Illustration

  • background (simple or complex), rendered/painted, clean lineart

  • Bust: $200

  • Half body: $300

  • Full: $400

  • +$200 per extra character

  • +$300 for complex background

  • NOTE: I specialize in character interactions and portraits. Complex backgrounds are not my forte nor are they enjoyable for me, hence why they have a steep upcharge.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:
Full png files, watermarked and un-watermarked, 150+ dpi.
These images will be created in Procreate.If you would like a commission in a type/style of artwork not shown in the examples, please select the 'other' option on the form when you describe your commission.TO ORDER

Terms of ServiceDISCLAIMER:

  • By commissioning the artist [FaindriArt], the client agrees that they have read and accepted all the terms described here.

  • The client agrees that the artwork commissioned is for personal, non-profit use only. If the client wishes to use the artwork for commercial purposes, an extra fee will be charged.

  • The client may not claim the work as their own.

  • The client is not authorized to trace, modify, edit, etc the artist's artwork unless previously agreed upon.

  • The client may not resell or redistribute the artist's works for commercial profit. (i.e. shirts, phone cases, mugs, etc) unless previously agreed upon.

  • The artist reserves the right to post finished commissions to their socials and websites.

  • The artist does not authorize the use of their artworks for AI training or NFTs.

  • The artist reserves the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

COPYRIGHT

  • The artist reserves the right to include watermarks and/or signatures on the artwork.

  • The client will receive multiple resolutions of the completed commission, but the signature will remain on all.

  • The artist retains all copyright to the artwork, including redistributing it for promotion.

PROCESS & PAYMENT:

  • USD only. Paypal only. The client is responsible for conversions. The artist is not responsible for any transaction mistakes on the client's part.

  • Full payment must be made after the client’s order is confirmed and the invoice is sent.

  • Split payment options can be discussed for orders over $200.

  • Please allow 4-8 weeks for the artist to complete most works.

  • The client is allowed to request up to two major changes at the sketch preview stage.

  • What counts as a major change: composition overhauling, changing many details all at once, adding or removing large sections, etc.

  • Any other major changes will require a fee. No other major changes after this stage.

REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS, & CANCELLATIONS:

  • Full refunds are guaranteed if the client must cancel the project before the artist begins sketching.

  • Partial and full refunds at later stages of completion can be discussed. This will be a case by case basis.

  • If the artist must be the one to cancel the project, a full refund will be given to the client.

  • If the client issues a chargeback on a completed work: this is a form of fraud and will be treated as such.

  • Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting the artist to cancel a project will result in immediate blacklisting.

  • If Paypal malfunctions and issues a chargeback that the client did not cause, please contact the artist immediately.

  • If the client must cancel a commission at any time, please contact the artist directly. Discussion will be made on how to move forward.
